All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Please note that shipping times are not related to processing times.
Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing unless stated differently on certain product descriptions, and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 1:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note there may be potential Customs processing times that may pose a delay in order tracking and delivery. We are not in control of the Customs processing time, and cannot predict the length this process may take. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
All free shipping orders with promotional codes are only eligible for domestic orders and are done by our courier service. Shipping with promotional codes are not eligible for international orders. Please note that free shipping promos cannot be combined with any other promo codes.
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to YNV Caribbean due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. When a package gets returned to us, we will issue a refund for the products the customer did not receive; however, please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lastly, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the courier. Please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.

LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Our couriers will liaise with you for local pickup and delivery at a time that is convenient for both parties. Deliveries are done Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 2pm.
LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM EST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
